Gut feeling and larger success

Had a wonderful group activity last Saturday!!! It left me intriguing. Facilitator's questions left me in a trance. For a larger good how many are willing to accept smaller failures. It reminded me of Dumbledore's actions in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Wise people's gut feelings may not impress everyone in the first shot. Sure failures may be the first thing to follow. But how many of us are persistent enough to stick onto the gut feeling and bring back the larger success despite the small failures that the gut feeling may bring into.

Aren't we also the people who just try to flow with the tide neglecting the signals that this beautiful world uses to direct us towards our ultimate goal of life?  Yes, we all are just running behind instant success; not even ready to accept small failures or in other words small failures causing depression. All are trying to achieve the small goal of only their own success, not considering the success of humankind as such. Now how can we criticize the politicians who are doing the same (trying to just achieve their own small success rather than a big success of helping common people) as we do?
